Many people have said that Stephanie's love of agriculture is in her blood, starting from her great Aunt Barbara, who owned her own florist shop on Cape Cod. Barbara graduated 50 years before Stephanie as one of the first women to graduate from Bristol County Agricultural High School. Growing up, Stephanie's hands were always in the soil, loving to be outside and helping her family to tend their large vegetable garden.

At the age of 15, she began her own wholesale perennial business. In 1984, Stephanie was accepted to Bristol County Agricultural High School, and graduated in 1988. Working in many flower shops and greenhouses along the way, she decided to finally open Stephanie's Perennials in 2005.

To this day, Stephanie holds values of trying to grow her products as organically as possible, to be a steward of the land. Stephanie loves to interact with her customers, always does the best she can to answer questions, both in person and through various social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Starting this year, Stephanie will be offering garden consultations.  She will also be available to give presentations during the fall and winter months.
